Capoliveri, considered the tourist hub of the island, thanks its coastline that extends from Marina di Campo to Porto Azzurro. Among the important features are also its medieval villages, dating from the Roman era and its mining tradition, dating back to previous centuries. Lacona is the most important centre, followed then by Norsi, Naregno, Morcone, Pareti, Innamorata, Straccoligno and Lido.
